Glenroy House is a beautiful fully modernised historical homestay that is situated in the Canterbury Foothills, 45 minutes from Christchurch International Airport.
No expense has been spared in the recent modernisation and renovation of the home. It features an English style central heating with double-glazing insulation throughout.
The kitchen is every chef's dream with its spacious layout in keeping with that of a modern English farmhouse kitchen.
The two lounges each with jet master fires and sun filled conservatory are all interconnecting with a magnificent formal dining room allowing us to open it all up for entertaining large numbers.
